Campus Power Outage
June 3, 2008 10:38 AM
Posted via Email Inform:
An automobile accident at 35th and Western caused a power outage to more than half of campus. OSU Facilities Services worked with Pacific Power to reroute power to campus and services were restored after an outage of about half an hour. Facilities Services crews are conducting a check of the affected buildings to make sure mechanical systems are back online.
* Our computing services were restored at approximatly 10:10 AM.
Fileserver down
Update: Files have been restored for the start of business on Tuesday May 27th.
There is currently a problem with the fileserver and I am working as quickly as I can to restore it to a working state; please have patience.
More information to follow later in the day.
There is an email going around pretending to be from Oregon State asking you to update your information for your @oregonstate.edu email address. Please note that this is NOT legitimate. Please do not send any information to the reply address, just delete it.
