Configuring Eudora IMAP and POP
It is strongly recommended that you use Microsoft Outlook to access your email. Outlook will operate much smoother with our email server than Eudora, and will provide you with many useful additional features.
Incoming Mail Server:
exmail.oregonstate.edu
Username: FWL\username
require a secure connection
port: imap - 993 / pop - 995
Outgoing Mail Server:
exmail.oregonstate.edu
requires authentication: FWL\username
require a secure connection
port: 25
Configure Eudora as follows:
SSL for POP Required (alternate port)
SSL for SMTP Required (TLS)
SSL for IMAP Required (alternate port)
mail server: exmail.oregonstate.edu
SMTP server: (leave blank - it's the same as the mail server)
