Directions for Mapping Network Drives in Machintosh
OS X.
At the top menu bar click on GO,
Go to the menu item Connect to Server
when the window comes up there will be an address field, in
that field type: smb://roadkill.fwl.oregonstate.edu
Click connect
You will be prompted to logon, for
the Workgroup or Domain field type FWL, for the name field type in your username and your email password in the password field
Click connect
You will then see a dropdown with a list of shares, choose the
share you want to connect to and click ok, it will create a
desktop icon for you.
Note: To mount your personal space on the network select the "users" share, then find the folder with your username
Repeat process to add the other shares.
