Mapping Printers, PC
Many of our printers are available through our print server. To connect to a printer being served off the print server, go to START and then RUN.
A run command box will show up in the lower left corner. Type in \\squid\ and click OK.
If your computer is not part of the Oregon State University domain you may be prompted to authenticate. If this happens, enter FWL\username in the username field where username is your FWL username and enter your email password in the password field.
A list of available printers will show up. Find the appropriate printer and right click on it, and click CONNECT.
Once the printer dialog window shows up you should be able to print to the printer.
